Returns Policy

Returns and Exchanges

We happily accept returns and exchanges on items within 14 days from the date received with the exception of earrings due to hygiene reasons, please choose carefully and read the descriptions provided. All items must have the labels attached with it's original packaging and be in a perfect unused condition. For all returns and exchanges, make sure the item is packaged the same way as it was delivered.

Unfortunately as we are only a small online store the purchaser must cover the costs of all returning items, this includes returning items to be exchanged. We suggest tracking your returning items, as we hold no responsibly for items lost or damaged upon return. All items will be examined upon safe arrival and refunds will only be given once the item is in our possession and examined. A refund will be by the sole discretion of The Index Collection; we always strive to provide the best outcome possible. If returning items meet the requirements in the returns policy stated a refund will be given within 3 working days.

Please contact us prior to returning any item so we can give you guidance on our returns policy and instructions. If for any unforeseen circumstance you have not received your refund or exchange please contact The Index Collection as soon as possible for a prompt investigation and or resolution.

Wrong or Faulty Items

We double check all our orders before sending out for delivery, however if you receive the wrong item or your item is faulty The Index Collection will happily replace the item with all costs covered.

For any wrong items or items not as described you must contact us within five days of receiving your item. If you fail to contact us we will treat it as an exchange – this means you will have 14 days from the delivered date to return your item and you will need to cover all delivery costs involved in the exchange. If for some reason you were unable to contact us in the time allocated The Index Collection will happily work with you to come up with an amicable resolution.

If you have received a faulty item you must make us aware of the fault with a brief explanation within no longer than five days of receiving your item. The Index Collection will replace the item for you, with all costs covered, once the item is in our possession. If we do not have the product in stock or the product is no longer available, we will refund the amount once the item has been returned, examined and processed.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless defective or damaged, so please choose carefully and read all descriptions in full.

Gifts and gift wrapping

If you have received a gift from The Index Collection that you are not fully satisfied with we will happily exchange the item for it's monetary value. We do not exchange gifts for money and you must use the whole credit amount for your exchange. The purchaser of the gift must give you a purchase number or gift exchange card for proof of date purchased, your gift must not exceed 21 days from the date of purchase. Please contact The Index Collection before returning items so we can give you guidance on the Returns Policy and how to return your item.

All delivery costs involved with an exchange are the responsibility of the person returning the product. We suggest tracking your returning items, as we hold no responsibly for items lost or damaged upon return. All items will be examined upon safe arrival and an exchange will only be given once the item is in our possession and examined.

Unfortunately we do not refund gift wrapping services under any circumstances.
